CubaMiSalsa CubaMiSalsa is bringing back to Budapest the magic of Cuban Culture - Art & Folklor combined, through music and dance with the profesionalism of the various international artists involved in the representation of this great project.
12 instructors of Cuban origin will visit us again, who are all authentic professors of all folkloric Cuban dances.
There will be minimum 30 workshops held on Saturday and Sunday and these classes will cover salsa, rueda de casino, orishas, guagaunco, yambú, colombia, reggaeton, timba, Cuban show style, lady style, man style, chachacha and a lot more genres of authentic Cuban dances.
The levels of the classes are separated: beginner, intermediate and advanced, so everyone will find the appropriate level for his or her knowledge and can learn from the best of the best!
Beside learning, you can also dance and socialise with the instructors during the fantastic parties and on Saturday night you can experience some of their most fabulous shows!
A grand opening party on Friday and a farewell party on Sunday make it all astonishing for you

DJ El Rubio Voor het opluisteren van uw feesten en salsa-avonden kan je steeds bij DJ El Rubio terecht. Reeds een 10tal jaar volg ik de Latijns Amerikaanse muziek op de voet. Ik was reeds werkzaam als DJ op de Antilliaanse Feesten, Polé Polé Gent, Polé Polé Beach, Hof Ter Lo, Salsacafé Axxes, Cuba Bella, Café Central, Mechels Salsafeest, Zuiderpershuis enz... Mijn stijl hangt af van de avond zelf. Mijn voorliefde is Cubaanse muziek met zijn son, guaracha, timba enz… maar natuurlijk draai ik ook een snelle mambo-merengue, bachata, reggaeton, latin pop en alle salsastijlen zoals uit New York, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Salsa Romantica enz ...

Salsalessen in De Ingang SLisette Herrera Ches woont ondertussen 10 jaar in Gent, is gehuwd en heeft een dochtertje. Ook in Gent en wijde omstreken gaf ze, met een warm hart voor haar land en zijn cultuur, les in de verschillende dansen die Cuba rijk is (Rumba, Son, Danzón, Cha Cha, Merengue, Salsa e.a.). Ze geeft les op een gemoedelijke, goedlachse en zachte manier die haar eigen is, kortom, ze tovert je in gedachten naar een bar aan het strand met palmbomen, rhum en vrolijke mensen...
Lisette Herrera (Cuba, Habana) studeerde dans en choreografie, met een uitgesproken interesse voor de verschillende vormen van folkloristische dansen uit Cuba. Daarna gaf ze 10 jaar les in het Museo Municipal de Guanabacoa (Habana), waarna ze benoemd werd tot instuctrice voor dans
